Return & Refund Policy

Money 2 Go (OPC) Private Limited ("M2G") is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all client engagements. As our primary services involve financial advisory, consultation, documentation support and facilitation of funding solutions, our services are professional in nature and do not involve the sale of physical products.

Service Nature

Once advisory or consultation services have commenced, they are considered delivered based on the scope of engagement. Accordingly, completed advisory services are generally not eligible for return.

Refund Eligibility

Where a refundable amount has been specifically agreed in writing, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund shall be processed in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.

Non-Refundable Situations

Fees, if any, shall generally not be refundable in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Client voluntarily withdraws the application.
• Incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client.
• Loan rejection by the lender.
• Changes in lender policies.
• Client becoming ineligible during processing.
• Delay caused by third parties.

Processing Fees

Processing fees charged directly by banks, NBFCs or other financial institutions are governed by the respective institution's policies and are outside the control of M2G.

Cancellation

Clients wishing to discontinue services should notify M2G in writing at the earliest opportunity. Cancellation of services does not automatically entitle the client to any refund.

Refund Process

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method wherever feasible. Processing timelines may vary depending upon banking channels.
